When mental health training focuses on raising awareness and creating a positive culture of support, empathy, and treating others well, it has the greatest influence on your staff and those around you. People are empowered in this atmosphere and build resilience and can recognise when others require assistance.

MHFA England Courses

Two courses are available throughout the year for you to book delegates on to as open options, joining other delegates from other organisations: The 2 day Adult MHFAider® Course and the half day Adult MHFAider® Refresher Course.

These are for organisations who don’t require an in house course maybe because it is a smaller company where there are 7 or less delegates to be trained, or a company is looking at training individuals to increase their MHFA numbers.

Usually run virtually using Zoom.

Discounts given for charities and group bookings.

Why invest in Mental Health Training?

Investing in mental health training demonstrates you as an employer support your staff in this important area but, whatever training you decide to invest in you need to make sure it has a positive impact and actually makes a change.

By using Beacon Mental Health Training you can be assured that the training intervention will last beyond the training room itself.  Delegates leave understanding how they can share their knowledge, put their new skills into action and empower others to make a difference also.

There are a range of training interventions you can choose from and a no obligation zoom call with us can help you navigate through the options and ensure you have the right training for your specific objectives.
